We reiterate that the tournament is open to all participants and teams - however we are targeting club, social or just put together a group of your friends - come and enjoy a great day at the Blaze tournament! Date: Sunday 28th April 2013

Entry Fee: $55 per team, if you provide own umpire
Or $145 includes tournament umpires provided by Blaze, payment to accompany entry form
