Fun and Fired Up with the Blaze!! Over 80 participants attended the North East Blaze Holden Cruze Community Clinic on Sunday 20th September at Bundoora Netball and Sports Centre.
Participants from all edges of the Blaze community, were treated to expertise, tips and feedback from the Blaze players in all areas of the court. All participants received a great Holden Cruze showbag with lots of goodies and a participation certificate, along with securing the autograph of their favourite Blaze player. Congratulations to all participants on the day and we hope to see you back next year for our next Blaze clinic.
North East Blaze chairperson, Rachel Piastri, was the appreciative recipient of a $1000 donation from Holden, presented by Trevor Stubley from Watson Holden Bundoora. North East Blaze thanks Holden for their fantastic support of the Victorian Netball League in 2009.
Special thanks to Stacey Gannon and Bronwyn Taylor for coordinating the on court fun for the participants, and all Blaze players for their valuable coaching talents. Additional thanks to Eleonore Costello and Lucille James for their assistance throughout the day.
